Sezer, this is just the location recce, where are the rest?-you need to include all the bits of pre-production paperwork as a group that you did.What are they, what is thier purpose, who needs a copy etc.
Sezer, good that you have uploaded the rest of the production paperwork that you and you group have created. Can you try and group the risk assessment pieces together?Also, state what each paperwork is for and who needs to get a copy.
